TERMS AND CONDITIONS 
Please read before booking an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY 
Please note that deposits are strictly non-refundable.
Below are the terms and conditions for deposits to become credit only:
* We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. 
* If you reschedule 48 hours or more before your appointment, we will transfer the pre-paid deposit to the new booking. 
* If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited and treated as a late cancellation fee. 
* If you cancel with 48 hours or more notice, your deposit will be saved as a credit for future use. Please be advised, we cannot issue refunds for deposits under any circumstances. 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows
* In the case of a late cancellation (less than 48 hours before the appointment), there will be an additional fee of 50% of the missed treatment (deposit included). 
* In the case of a no-show, there will be an additional fee of 100% of the missed treatment (deposit included). 

Late Arrivals
* If you are more than 10 minutes late and have not contacted us, your appointment will be automatically cancelled, and you will be charged a no-show fee. The saved card on file will be charged and if the payment does not process you will receive a bill via email, which must be paid before making another booking. 
* If you are running late, please contact us to confirm whether there is enough time to complete the service you’ve booked. If we do not have sufficient time to complete the service or need to alter your service, you will be charged the full fee for the original booked appointment. 

Brow Bottega reserves the right to decline any booking at any time.
